CFI has made the commitment to follow the stringent and continuing path of reviewing, establishing and assuring quality standards under the rigorous guidelines of the International Organization for Standardization.

We were the first US dry van truckload carrier to be ISO 9002 certified. This process requires us to continue to improve our performance and be audited for high standards in quality management systems. In 2003, CFI earned the ISO 9001-2000 certification.
