Driver Referral $1,000 bonus paid for each experienced driver or each experienced team hired as a result of driver referral.
Group Medical Plan Annual deductible and out-of-pocket expenses vary depending on your premium options. Weekly premiums range from $10 to $44 per person. Insurance takes effect on the first day of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.
Dental Plan No charge. Dental coverage automatically goes into effect one year after the medical effective date. Deductible is $50 per person per year. CFI pays 100% of preventive services (not subject to a deductible), 80% of basic services and 50% of major services, after the deductible has been met. Yearly plan maximum - $1,500 per calendar year.
Orthodontic Coverage The plan is limited to children under the age of 19. Separate deductible is $50. CFI pays 50% up to a lifetime maximum of $1,500.
Payroll Drivers are paid on the 4th and 19th, for pay periods ending the last and 15th day of each month. Driver's payroll is credited with the dispatched miles at time of dispatch. Delivery and paperwork are not required before payment is made. The advance limits is $0.10 per dispatched mile.
Passengers No charge. With a 12-month pass from the Safety Department, drivers may take anyone 12 years or older with them as a passenger (one person at a time). The company reserves teh right to place certain restrictions on passengers.
Pet Policy One small dog or cat allowed. Fee required.
Orientation Drivers attend orientation at one of 11 CFI orientation sites around the United States - Joplin, Missouri

Each driver receives $25 for each day of orientation upon successful completion of the program. CFI pays for motel room charges.
Life Insurance CFI provides each employee, free of charge, a $15,000 life insurance policy, with a double indemnity provision on the employee. Also free of charge is a $5,000 policy for a dependent spouse and $1,000 for each dependent child covered under the group medical plan.
