- $0.35 per mile to all single drivers with 1 year of experience
- $0.32 per mile to all single drivers with 9 months of experience
- $0.30 per mile to all single drivers with 6 months of experience
- $0.28 per mile to all single drivers with 3 months of experience
- Additional pay incentives for teams
- Regularly scheduled pay increases
- A safety bonus to each full-time, over-the-road company driver who does not have a preventable occurrence from December 1 through February 28 (payable first pay period in April), from March 1 through May 31 (payable first pay period in July), from June 1 through August 31 (payable first pay period in October) and from September 1 through November 31 (payable first pay period in January). The bonus will be up to $0.04 per mile for dispatched miles during that period. A driver receives credit for all single miles. All teams dispatched receive credit for half of all miles.
- One week of paid vacation after one year. Two weeks of paid vacation after two years. Pay is based on the driver's average earnings over 52 weeks.
- Six paid holidays at $60 each. Drivers need not be on the road to collect. Drivers must drive 75% of fleet's average miles to be eligible.
- A $1,000 bonus for each experienced driver or team hired as a result of a driver referral.
- Drivers can draw up to $0.10 per dispatched mile in cash advances, obtained in three different ways: with Comdata card while fueling, with Comcheck, or from the company-owned ATM machines at all CFI terminals.
- CFI pays an additional $0.05 per mile for miles dispatched in these states

Drivers will receive bonus pay per mile for all paid miles, whether loaded, empty or bobtail. Team drivers will split the 5-cent-per-mile increase for miles dispatched into the qualifying areas.
